XnView Software

I can't sort my folders by date in the details view of the XnView browser. Programs like Acdsee couldn´t do this as well, i always had to add a date flag or something. Please make it possible..

In the browser you can sort images using "View->Arrange by->Date". The image files are sorted by their file timestamp. Sorting works in any type of view (thumbnails view, details view, ...).

Or do you mean explicitly sorting the folders? Sorting the folders by date is really not possible in XnView, at the moment they are always sorted by name. I've just tried MS Explorer to see what it does when sorting by date. There, folders are sorted by date, too. MS Explorer is not the "non-plus-ultra", but in this aspect I think XnView should be changed accordingly.
