More options for video thumbnails.

Here are the following suggestions for the next version:
1. 4 capture screen for each thumbnail as an option.
2. Expand the video thumbnails to fit the thumbnail dimension selected no matter what format, size, dimension the original video are...so if i select 'large thumbnails' size, 500x500, the video and image thumbnails should expand to that exact size. For the latest version, only the image thumbnails expand.
3. An option that when mouse are scroll over the video thumbnail it plays WITHIN the thumbnail.
4. An option to select a particular frame for your video thumbnails.
5. A webpage generated video thumbnails if that's possible.
