I can Open and Views it's by "Windows Picture And Fax Viewer" on my XP sp3
but Can't open it with Xnviews and other Picture Viewer.......?????
How to know about "unicode" or not unicode????

So it seems that you have unicode filename. XnView for Windows does not support Unicode, yet.
