Unpunctual resizing

In the last version of XnView (1.95.4) the 'Resize' function is unpunctual. When I resize a picture, the new size will be bigger than I have given in both of direction. Why??

1. It's indeed “larger” (bigger stands for the size “weight” as Bytes¦KiB)…
2. So larger by which pixel¦s amount ?
- There can be a rounding to upper values, since one can't split a pixel…
