v.012 Linux: Viewer & Fullscreen Quirks

Xubuntu/Ubuntu 8.10 and VectorLinux 6.0 RC1: When in [Viewer], 'Tab' (do not show) and 'Show Toolbar' settings are not persistent across restarts. Fullscreen (F11) should not display 'Information' and closing the image with 'Information' hidden should remain persistent. Escaping from 'Fullscreen' should retain window position previous to F11 and should not display tab and toolbar if previously deselected (hidden).
