B1 - RAPI.dll nightmare is back!

Perhaps RAPI.dll could be included in the XnView full install package, the size is only 25.6 kb. Or it must be in Windows (sub)folder?

You can have some error if some others dll are not found by RAPI

Removed in beta 2.
For users who has the Pocket.xnp file in AddOn folder, please remove it.
