Dunno if it's been already posted, but what about a batch feature to save some screenshots from movies?
I've a huge collection of motion graphics movies grabbed around and it's pretty hard remember each of them.
A batch feature like this would be a very handy tool!

I didn't see it before... sorry.
But the menu item is gray here, I assume it's a new feature under development.
Selecting movie clips doesn't always turn the item menu active... just for some of them. Mov and Mp4 doesn't work... anyhow, the flv format seems to activate the item but it return a white blank contact sheet.

I've just updated to 1.96.1 and the Video Thumbnails Gallery is still not available with .MP4. Is it something planned for future version?

For FLV, AVI, WMV it's available. Not sure about other video format. I mostly use FLV and MP4. So I can only index about half of the videos I got.

First a big hello to this forum (my first post) XnView is great so thank you very much for this great tool!!!
I have the same problem I don't have thumbnails for mp4-files (they play in preview though) all other videofiles show thumbnails (avi,mov,flv etc) with the exception of m2ts (it doesn't play of course ever) but this special AVCHD-Format is maybe too much to ask for.
Oh forget to add I'm using 1.96.1 I managed to see thumbnails for MP4 in XnView MP but flv is missing and most of the videofiles don't play.

Anybody may know if it is in general normal to have no thumbnails for mp4-files. Would be nice to know so I can stop to try to get it to work - thanks!
