Once the creation of video slidshow has been started, the GUI of XnView does not update anymore. Also, it takes about a minute "Cancel" till XnView really cancels the creation (even on a modern box).

XnView should remain responsive and update the GUI - at least sometimes.

Yes, i don't use a thread for that, so you can have problem with GUI
