In browser mode, the same as in XnView Windows version.
Currently they are working strange - as left/right keys - so perhaps it's even a bug??

The mouse side buttons to go back and forward don't work in browser - I mean the same function are the mini-toolbar buttons back/forward. The same as in IE for example.

Don't you hold such a “
luxurious” mouse, which has a couple of extra "buttons" - one on each side ?
I've one (from my son, the gamers use such toys…), but can't test : the cable is cut and the plug is missing !

Tech ARP:
Microsoft IntelliMouse Optical ReviewMicrosoft Product Information Center wrote:Two new customizable function buttons: Browse the Web without using toolbars or the keyboard. Simply use either side button to go forward or backward on the Internet. Or, you can program the buttons to execute routine actions in many of your favorite programs.

Thank you guys for the help.
Here's mine...
BTW In the Windows version you have added support for these buttons already somehow.

It was not working either.

I have a Logitech G3 mouse with 5 buttons and support this request, not only for XnView MP but for XnView non-MP and should be added to XnView 1.97!!!
Another feature, I've wanted for ages!
