Slideshow - Resize/Stretch to Fixed Window Size

In 1.96 and onward it appears to have a "fixed window size" option, which is cool if you dont want a fullscreen slideshow, however, even if you check the "stretch small videos" box it doesnt resize videos to the fixed window size, it continues to play them original size inside the fixed window, whereas with a fullscreen slideshow it would stretch them.
Unless someone has already gotten to this suggestion, I propose that the behaviour be made the same whether fullscreen or fixed size slideshow, that the "stretch" checkbox resize videos to whatever you set the fixed window size to, so if its 640x480, then all videos play at that size, rather than smaller up in the left-hand corner if smaller than the specified window, which is what currently occurs.
And if you want them playing in the upper left corner, just leave the stretch checkbox unchecked. i.e. the behaviour is different between fullscreen vs. fixed size, and should be made the same.
