Greetings,
Could I please be provided with explanations regarding the ICC profile options?
In particular, the purpose of the editbox directly beneath the "Use ICC Embedded Profile" option? (XnView v1.96)
I had assumed that it was for the monitor ICC/ICM colour profile, however, after some observations, I am unsure.
I checked the help file and the forum, but could not find satisfactory explanations.
Thank you.

Yes, it's for monitor. If you enable it, the ICC profile of your picture will be used and converted in sRGB (by default)

The new ICC profile settings are wonderful, now real color management would be possible with XnView in theory. But for real it is not usable at all. With ICC activated it will take about 10-15 seconds in fullscreen mode to go from one picture to the next. Is there any improvement in sight in the near future?

Any chance that this will be changed in the near future? I really would like to stay with XnView.
