-i miss convertion of group of files into a single multipage format under multiconvert windows..

-add jbig2 single/multipage read/write support.
-fix slowness in reading DJVU files..
-i wish a special version for P4(and AMD)

You have it in "Create multipage file"

Currently, there is SDK to/write JBIG2

-fix slowness in reading DJVU files..

Sorry but i use the Lizartech SDK to read this format.
