Using Nikon D90 NEF Raw file to create JPEG, BMP, and TIFF. Input NEF image width=4288 Height=2848. When converted to new format, the image width = 2155 and the height=1434. Am I missing something? I believe the new format should be the same height and width as the original.
Thanks

In the properties panel, you have 4288/2848 or 2155/1434?

Pierre
Lightroom 2.3 shows the NEF at 4288 x2848
Photoshop CS4 CameraRaw5.3 shows the NEF at 4288 x 2848
XnView 1.96 shows the NEF :
When I select the NEF original file and properties it shows 4310 x 2868 (not 4288 x 2848 as expected)
AND in the bottom, on the status bar, shows 2155 x 1434 x 48 (1.5) [.... with the NEF selected.

after the batch convert:
When I select a JPEG (or BMP or TIFF) and ALT ENTER (Properties) it shows 2155 x 1434 in the properties/Image panel
and the status bar shows 2155 x 1434

Looks like the input file size is different than I expected and so is the output of the batch.

short answer, Properties shows 2155 x 1434

Thanks,
George

Yes, the size can be a little different
