conversion from shell extension

The shell extension is extremely useful to quickly resize a picture file, but it does not work exactly as expected. Resizing is possible only with the same aspect ratio.
This results that when I choose an output size of let's say 300x300, this size will be achieved only if the input file was also exactly a square size.
There might be cases when the user wants to achieve an exact output size, and not to keep the original aspect ratio.
It would be good to have an option to choose "maintain aspect ratio" before conversion. If this option is not selected, the specified output dimensions will be forced, even if it results that the original picture will be distorted.
