I want to use XnView only as picture viewer.
When I open some image and scroll mouse up/down it also opens .wav, .mp3, .avi and so on. They're opening pretty slowly and I don't want to open them.
Please, let me know how to tell XnView not to open them.

I also wanted to ask about why I cannot copy a GIF image to another folder using "Save as...", but I suddenly found "Copy to folder..." in Edit menu dialog. IMO, this is not like other windows programs do.

I think what they mean, we want to see movies in thumbs, but just not open them in viewer.

don' worry
please check in options: options/viewer/files
and here the entry movie-file; sound-file on right check out preview.
May, any description could be different, but I only use german version of xnview.
