1.96: xmp companion not handled with .cr2

Ahemmm - seems I missed a setting in the ini file - sorry for posting before reading properly...Hi,
no matter what setting I have in Options - General - File Operations, an existing .xmp companion to a .cr2 file is never copied/moved/deleted with the .cr2. I also renamed the .cr2 to .crw --> no cure. The search for xmp in the forums yield no result.

btw: there is a very minor translation inconsistency - in english the respective option is "For Copy/Move/Delete use companion file (xmp/thm/jpg)", in German the ".../jpg" is missing.
