Hello, I went under Options file toolbar and entered several "custom file extensions (without the ","), DOC, TXD ---that's for TextMaker now that i tried it, my Word 2007 docs in XP have this as a viewable property when viewing properties in xnview....

I also included custom extension docx

But nothing works, it just shows gobble (like hexadeximal mainly 0000s).

Ok, thanks for any clue, this is to view files, and hopefully rate them, then use with Evernote online (EN doesn't accept MS Word docs). THanks again.

Claire

:) Hello Claire ! Welcome aboard !

• Sorry, but XnView is NOT a formatted texts viewer, so the *.DOC - *.DOCX extensions aren't supported - AFAIK- and I don't know any plug-in¦add-on able to do this with it…

 Kind regards,
Claude
