Constant Crashes when Viewing Pictures (v1.96)

Xnview randomly crashes when viewing pictures in full screen mode (F11) and browsing using space bar
. I may browse 10-50 pictures before it crashes
I also sometimes rotate a pictures w/o saving (no crash there though). The crash is random and not related to any particular image. Viewing the same images again may not cause crash.
Would it help to post or E-mail the crash report?

Hello W. !
• I don't get crashes here with 1.96-XP-Pro SP1 when opening folders, i.e. from the View window via 2-click.
- This could occur in the same situation when attempting to open a HUGE folder (1 GiB or more) by a lack of memory on the moment…
- In the French thread, the users don't specify which sizes the folders they try to open are…

Could you try to disabled 'Read ahead' & 'Cache behind'?

No. I didn't get any PM.
My folders are small, e/g. 27 files & 30 MB

That solved it. No more crashes after disabling both caches. Can this be fixed so that the cashes can be used...?
