http://xnview.com/en/download_nc.html still advertises version 5.30
Downloaded Win32 ZIP has "WhatsNew.txt" updated:

but all other files are from 5.30. Would be nice to have Win32 and DOS32LE really updated* NCONVERT: smoothing factor, dct method, subsampling factor
