(re)Create thumbnail

checkbox in options for Menu>Edit>Metadata>Recreate EXIF thumbnail and create thumbnail image if thumb does not exist in file with selectable dimensions or by default 160x120 (most used by digital camera)
A) Perfect fit: crop if necessary
C) Fit outside: NOT RECOMMENDED
C) Fit inside: (recommended) not/filled with selectable (black/white are preffered as default) color for background (if necessary) or use a color appropriate to thumbnail image around thumb image to fit selected thumb dimensions
selectable JPEG quality for thumbnail (80 by default should be ok)
selectable method for image resizing producing thumbnail (Linear, bi-linear, resize etc)

maybe it should be reported as 
since recreation of thumbs - only if EXIF thumbnail is available in file - already exists.
