More control over smoothing

Sometimes I get "caught" previewing a very large image with smoothing "on". For extremely large images, smoothing can considerably increase the preview time.
XnView needs more control over how the smoothing is applied.
Here is an idea showing one way to do that:
I think image dimensions are more important to specify than file size (which can vary according to image format).
