[OK] RC1: xnview.exe.manifest missing

Just to let you know...
xnview.exe.manifest is missing. If Windows XP users want xp buttons style in eg the Option dialog, they can use the one in the 1.74 package (just copy and paste to the rc1 directory, then restart xnview)
