Improvements to Search dialog

IMO the Search dialog could also benefit from a layout redesign. Notice that the search results appear directly in the dialog (instead of a popup):
Proposed implementation:
Region A: Dialog Behaviors: height does not resize when dialog resizes
Region B: Search Definition: height resizes only when user moves splitter
Region C: Search Results: height resizes when dialog resizes or user moves splitter
Region D: Dialog Control: height does not resize when dialog resizes
