Home+Enter to go up doesn't work if all items are selected

I'm not 100% sure it's a bug, but it's quite annoying. To reproduce:

- in thumbnails view go to [..] item
- press ctrl+a to select all files
= [..] item is selected too :bug: :?:
- now use "find similar files", slide show or other tool...
- press OK or Cancel to go back to browser, file view
- press Home and Enter to select the [..] item and to go up
= first picture is opened instead, because all items are selected :bug: :?:

There are two possibilities to fix it:

1. When selecting all items, never select [..] item
2. When Home key is pressed, always deselect all items before

1.96.5, Win Vista.

Yes.

When first entering a folder, [..] is already selected. Executing "Select All" will include the already selected [..].

If the user selects a single image after entering the folder, the selection is removed from the [..] and Select All will NOT include the [..]

To summarize, if the [..] thumb item is selected, Select All will include it.

This behavior has been present since my first use of XnView. It does not occur in MP.
