0.21: "Change timestamp" not changing 'File modified' date

XnViewMP Version 0.21 (Oct 7 2009) / Ubuntu Linux 9.04
"Change timestamp..." tool is marvellous - particularly when you
forget to adjust your camera when travelling across timezones
It was seriously broken in 0.20 - now it is much better. It does
change all EXIF timestamps just fine, thank you very much. But it
does not change the "File modified" date in the file properties.
I can change the "File modified" of the file(s) in question from
the command line using touch, so this is not the issue with
permissions.
