MP 0.21 Win - Thumbnail icons are not updated in browser

- add IPTC keyword in XnView Windows
- open the same path in XnView MP
= IPTC icon is missing

- Rebuild thumbnails, restart XnView
= IPTC icon is still missing

Only deleting item from cache DB works.
