Above the toolbar, on the menu bar, multiple sets of Close/Open/Minimaize icons
are appearing. Has anyone else seen too many icons? I've seen a couple of
times. I'm just navigating images in browser and going back and forth to full-screen, deleting files, etc.

Also multiple file-tree icons are appearing on left edge of menu bar.
I'm not using tabs.

Yes, i can reproduce it, but always after viewing a picture in fullscreen from browser.
