Batch Cropping

Under the "Crop" item in batch procession / transformation, could you add an ability to automatically crop from the center of the image (trimming both sides equally, and top and bottom equally) of all images in a batch, so that the images would always have the same dimension in pixels specified?
I'm able to resize and crop using Faststone viewer in batch processing with a nifty option called "smart-cropping", which takes the images, resize them, and crop the excess equally from the sides, so that all images would have the same size. It's all done in one step.
I suppose with xnview, I'd add resize item, as well as crop item in the batch processing mode. But the Xnview's crop feature in the batch mode is very limited and wouldn't do what Faststone could.
Thanks for your attention!
