[BUG] IPCT ->XMP (no description)

Follow image description in next steps/images
1) Select a picture with description in EXIF/no IPCT/no XMP
2) Use Edit - > Metadata -> Rebuild XMP to create one or Edit IPTC and add a keyword
(update or create XMP option is checked in IPTC window)
** MUST rebuild XMP to have some data there or you'll get from simply write IPCT + update XMP this XMP:
* IPTC Caption created
*XMP description created
3) Use Edit - > Metadata -> Build IPTC from XMP
* Ups!!! icon shows we have IPTC but hmm... no data. It seems we need a IPTC cleanup if all fields are empty (no write to file), If you added a keyword is here, but no description!
* XMP description OK
Note: tested on 1.97 B2/B3
