With everything umarked in file-list options, small toolbar's filter resets itself to "all" after program restart. I placed it on "custom" originally.

The filter's "custom" setting is kept if file-list's 'all other files' is marked.

2. With only "images" in file list, filter reset itself to "images".

Yes, right. Because the custom filter is like 'Images'

That makes it hard to predict the interaction between the two.
And can there be a better name of small toolbar filter's "custom"? Like "as options" if v.1.9 is any measure? On the other hand, there is hidden custom sort file too.
