View/delete folders in Tree view

1. It's not possible to delete folders in the explorer tree-view, but in the file/folder list.
2. After one click on a folder in the explorer tree-view, the first image within that folder should be highlighted in the file/folder list.

In the past, XnView was "careful" with directory operations and did not offer these. Nowadays we have actions like "New folder" and "Delete folder" in a (special) section of the toolbar. It makes sense to offer the functionality also in a context menu like other file managers like MS Explorer do. Especially the "New folder" would be very useful.

Not sure about this one: Think of people using the cursor keys for navigating the folder tree. Now, every time they navigate up/down, all the thumbnails plus the preview is loaded and is displayed.
