"VmWare Workstation 6.5" - Manual for Dummies?

Hello
our IT installed the software "VMWare" on my PC to virtualize a PC with Win XP. Everything is configurated and installed, and I am only the "simple user of the virtual PC". I looked around for some description or manual, but I found only
- the PDF manual with 540 pages in English
- the online help
- many books for high spezialized admins
Is there a "quick guide" or "Dummie - book" for simple users, easy to read in the train while riding home?
