Ability to 'Pan' in Fullscreen

It's nice to know that I can use the 'Pan' in Xnview 1.9xx with left-click in a windowed view once zoomed into my pics. In this picture I have put a ring around what 'Pan' looks like (for any newbies reading)
However I would also like to see this ability to extended to the fullscreen (the same 'hold left mouse') , it would be nice to use the 'Pan' in fullscreen also. Could this also make Xnview MP final?
