"There is no "thumb.html" in this template folder!" Error

When I try to create a web page, I get an error message stating "There is no "thumb.html" in this template folder!". Here is a screen shot of the dialog box showing my settings:

Do you have the good folder '...\WebTemplate' in Template Folder?

If you have files in these folders, it's ok. You use this folder as 'template folder' in Webpage dialog?
