Problem with bitmaps created with old MS paint

Bitmaps created with older version of MS paint renders like slightly resized images in XnView view mode. In preview or in fullscreen mode these images look ok in XnView.

Right.
And in the properties of the problematic files is says
Pixel per Inch: 96 x 97. So the X / Y DPI is different in those files. No bug here.
