v0.25@W2K “cmd_OpenView” crash if no file selected

Tools » Settings... » General » General » Startup » Startup directory: (•) None
XnViewMP starts in the Windows Workspace.
The toolbar button for Open is not grayed out
If the toolbar button or Tools » Open (Ctrl+O) is clicked, XnView crashes.
