Convert .ai to .png without losing quality

When I use XnView to view, save or export .ai image to .png the quality goes down very badly comparing it when using Photoshop to view the .ai image. I know I can do it there but I want to use XnView for that as takes long time to open the .ai image in Photoshop.
If that is possible, then could I be able to do it in NConvert? hence it has a batch processing capability.
