XnView Software

I am currently working on a personal project which requires me to convert hundreds of BLP images into PNG format. I had a tool which lets me convert the files one by one, but I decided to switch to XnView because of it's batch processing capability.

However, I am currently unable to open or convert any of my BLP files with XnView. I simply get the message: Error reading the file <image.blp>. Is there perhaps some setting that I need to tweak to allow for reading BLP files?

Do you have enabled option/General>Display all file format?
Please send me some BLP?

I'm noticing that the issue is not fixed yet and the original poster is not responding so here is an example file that gives the same error to me (I'm using the latest version of XnView downloaded a few minutes ago). Hope this helps!

Edit: the file upload doesn't show, is there another way to upload it?

There is a quick guide to uploading attachments here, the maximum file size is currently 2MiB and you will probably need to place .blp files in a ZIP file. Alternatively, you could upload the file to a file hosting service and post a link.
