Remember Position of Adjust Pane

Hi,
I am using XnView a lot to scan, edit and manage old photos. With most photos I have to edit the output from the scanner to improve e.g. brightness, contrast and color. For this I use the Adjust pane a lot, i.e. the one you get with <Shift>+E in Viewer Mode.
Using Adjust this way implies a lot of mouse clicking and dragging which takes a lot of time and is hard on my arms during hours of use.
One of the main problems is that the Adjust pane always pops up in the middle of the image that I am editing, usually hiding the most important part. Thus I always have to start the editing but clicking and dragging the pane away.
1. It would be most helpful if XnView could remember the location of the pane and always position it at the location where it last appeared.
I would think that this is very easy to implement as the pane already remembers Custom values. Just add Location to the set of Custom values.
2. A further improvement would be to not close the pane upon OK, but let it stay open awaiting the next picture to be edited.
This might require some more work, but I hope it should not be too hard to implement.
