GFLSDK WRAPPER VB.NET

Hi,
Here it is a first version of a wrapper for VB.NET.
All of the gfl functions are not tested but it's a good start point, the major work is done.
Unfortunatly the zip file is too big for this forum (434 Ko) so send me a mail if you intersted in.
