YUV conversion

Hi All
I am trying to use NConvert to convert a YUV 16bit Interleaved file but the program does not recognize the Number of planes correctly.
I am using the following command line:
nconvert -in uyvyi -v -size 720x576 -out jpeg -o test.jpg test.yuv.
