MP 0.26.1 Win XP: 16x16 icon not displaying on tab

hi,
On XP when I launch an .ico from the 'Browser' I notice in the tab that it's not displaying the 16x16 single icon as was fixed here . I use 'icon snapshot' and on the tabs it's displaying like this:
(this is when I launch .ico from the 'Browser')
However all is normal when I drag n drop an .ico to xnview.exe :
please fix this, so that for when launching .ico from the 'Browser' the tab preview is of the proper 16x16 32pp (second pic) or near best 16x16 depending on the icon page.
