Hotkey for "change timestamp"?

Can we have a hotkey for "change timestamp"? I use this feature a lot and a hotkey would make it more convenient.

Hm... there are not many free hotkeys. I'm already using Ctrl+F2 - more
here.
I think
Ctrl+F2 would be good and intuitive shortcut, easy to remember, F2 to change name, Ctrl+F2 to change time.

It looks it works in the latest version 2.23, Ctrl+F2.

the hotkey works but it's not labeled in the menu. please add the hotkey label so more users know about it.
