XnView Software

hello,
could you help me please with XnView for XP. I used former version(non XP)
On WIN 98 in order to open image file from snapped AIX system at work. i saved this file without extension using doswrite - function to floppy and converted it by XnView installed on PC.
But with new version i cannot do it because the program give me a message that cannot identify the format of file.

i want to add that the system from wich i snapped the file is named "SPECTRUM system" made by Siemens working on AIX - unix PLATFORM

Igor, perhaps your problem is related to a more general and known XnView problem on Windows XP. Please have a look at File associations on Windows XP. Let us know, whether this helped.
