Request: Video thumbs not from the first frame

Hi
I have another request (I hope it's okay ^^): At moment, XnViewMP creates thumbnails for videos from the first frame. So a lot of thumbs are black or are showing introductions, copyright-hints, the GÜFA-logo and such useless things. So it would be better XnView would take a preview of the frame after 20% playing time. The best would be if this behaviour would be optional and/or costumizeable, because creating thumbs will be slower with this option I think.
