XnView Software

Great program but need an automatic crop option for printing 6 x 4.5 inch (15 x 11.5cm) photos on 6 x 4 (15 x 10cm) paper please. Picasa 3 has this option.

I don't want to have to manually edit, crop and save all the photos I take. Sure they'll be a few where the automatic crop will slice off the top of a head too near the top of the photo. But in the main a crop option in the print dialogue would suit me fine.

Please add this feature soon as I don't want to have to succumb to the might of Google!

Pierre kindly added this functionality (opposite of best fit and ensuring no white space on the print but retaining the aspect ratio).

However XnView then got confused with a multiple print run when trying to automatically rotate a mix of portrait and landscape photos.

I haven't tried beta 4 yet but hopefully Pierre is fixing that too.
