Error to try convert PDFs to TIFF

Pierre, hi, i use the last NConvert to try convert files PDF's in Tif...but the process return me this answer.
"Error: Don't know how to read this picture"
The PDF File was created whit iText, in C#, and i can view this files in any place.... so i think it's ok...but in NConvert a have trouble.
PLEASE HELP!!!! it's urgent...thanks...
