MP 0.30 req: All Tabs should be dynamically drop respondent

Hi,
From testing 0.30 and the re-introduction of drag n drop support into the GUI from xnview win, I believe that tabs should respond to drag n drop items too. So if I am in the viewer and I have the browser tab open and want to drag a file to a directory within the browser tab then the browser tab should respond and let me do this.
Same thing if I am in the Browser tab and there is a <no file> tab open and I want to drag a file from the browser or even Win Explorer to that <no file> tab then the tab should readily respond to.
