MP 0.31 Win: Crash when adding external editor

To reproduce:

0. Show the Browser
1. Select [Tools]->[Open with]->[Add program...]
2. Select a program from the file dialog
3. File dialog disappears
4. Select [Tools]->[Open with]
5. Crash!
