MP 0.31 Win: Bug in View->Info pane->Preview

Hi Pierre
In the screen capture below, the menu says that the Preview is visible, even though it isn't. The user must select View->Info pane->Preview twice (2 times) in order to show the Preview pane.
The Preview is set to "float", BTW.
